How to Set Up Meta Trader for Push Notifications
The next thing that you need to do is install the Meta Trader 4 app on your phone or tablet. Sign in to your broker account in the mobile app. You can use a demo or live account.
On your desktop, go to Tools >> Options. Then click on the Notifications tab.
Check the box to Enable Meta Trader 4 Push Notifications. Then enter your Meta Quotes ID in the box.
To get your ID, go to your mobile device and open your Meta trader 4 app. Tap on the Settings tab at the bottom and tap on Messages.
You will get a list of your messages and your Meta Quotes ID will be at the bottom. Here is what it should look like:
Now write this ID out and insert into your desktop Meta Trader program.

In your desktop MT4, you can add multiple IDs, separated by a comma. This is possible if you have different Smartphone. Click OK.
To be sure you can click the TEST BUTTON on your desktop to test it out before you start using it (You should receive a message on your Smartphone).
Whenever an alert goes off on your desktop computer, you will receive a push notification on your phone. Then you can check out the trade and see if you want to enter or not.
